TSP Construction has an extremely reliable group of subcontractors or we can work together using you own selected "Subbies".

Project Management:
We also provide a full project management service taking the stress and pressure off the client, making building an enjoyable experience from concept through to completion.

Building with a Certified Builder offers you peace of mind with a 10 year comprehensive Homefirst Builders Guarantee. The Guarantee provides cover (subject to the limitations and exclusions in the guarantee agreement) for:

• Non-Completion of the dwelling
• Structural Defects for 10 years
• Non-Structural Defects for 2 years
• Alternative Accommodation
